Living in Florida, the constant extreme heat and playing pickleball daily in 90+ degree heat is a recipe for chronic dehydration. I add Hydro to my water bottle first thing in the morning and it helps me stay in balance. I even took it on my cruise last week and everyone wanted some. Big fan!!
